Each member is encouraged to become active in a BBG Committee. Committees help to move our agendas forward and get the best possible outcomes for our member businesses and their employees. We have streamlined the committees to be as follows: MEMBERSHIP FOCUS: Responsible for recruitment, retention, networking and member benefits. Send out welcome messages to new members, thank you emails and notes to current members, research and implement member perks and benefits and plan networking activities. COMMUNICATIONS FOCUS: Responsible for website development and up-keep, listing the Directory, marketing/PR and BBG E-News. SPECIAL EVENTS FOCUS: Responsible for Christmas parade and other external BBG sponsored events, speaker’s bureau, cookbook updates BBG AFFAIRS FOCUS: Responsible for Legislative liaison and scholarship program administration.
